Cancellation Policies

Many guests are either confused or unaware that cancellation policies are always in full effect no matter the circumstances. Be sure to fully read and understand what policy your host has under their listing. Policies may receive an exemption in special cases upon review of the host. Cancellation policies are usually the same across all platforms. Unfortunately, you'll find that at many times the guest will try to get around the rules and policies and unfortunately are given the benefit of the doubt by the platform.
