Standard Management Fee: 15% of property rental revenue. Please review our cost and value breakdown below. *Pricing is negotiable based on the number of properties*

**The room count in your property will not factor into your percentage. Properties must be located at different addresses, unless multiple condos/townhomes share the same location.**
