What we offer

As your property manger, we’re always working on your listing(s) so that they reflect accurate information and pricing in correlation with the market & demand for your area. Using many popular rental platforms, we're able to fully maximize your monthly earnings to meet or exceed your profit margin. Below are the management services that we provide to clients with one or multiple listings.

Management Fee: 10% per payout for each listing/property. *Pricing is negotiable based on the number of listings*

Scheduled Cleaning + Maintenance

Elevate Rentals has top-rated cleaning professionals that are scheduled after each check-out and restocks any necessary supplies. We also take care of any maintenance requests for your property.

Home Security Management

As your property manager, we have access to your security system so there’s a second pair of eyes on your property. We also provide a security package available for purchase if you do not have your own system.($100-$300 depending on the size & coverage of your property.)

Managed Payments

We manage your property’s income and disburse funds using your selected payment method with monthly statements showing your payout(s) and service fee deductions. Deposits should appear in your bank account as :[ElevateRentTRANSFER]

Resolution Disputes

We handle any issues that might come up during a reservation like recovering funds for damage to property or disobeying your house rules.

Guest Interaction

We handle all interactions with guests and create a structure that is proven to work. Clients will rarely need to interact with guests if they wish not to.

Home Improvement

As your property manager, we help you enhance the quality of your rental(s) by suggesting changes and additions to your property to help compete in the market.

Vacancies

We help fill available apartments / vacancies in your building and manage short-term (if licensed) & long-term tenants.
