To those who have been awaiting a response regarding their refund, we would like to thank you for your patience with us and also would like to make a formal apology due to the delayed response in processing refund requests. We understand that we were in charge of accommodating some of your travel plans and that those plans may have been disrupted due to unforeseen changes and limited availability. We appreciate your understanding of this situation. There’s a higher than normal volume of requests and we would like your understanding and cooperation on this matter. At a later time we will open an application for you to receive a voucher/coupon/gift card towards an upcoming reservation of your choice.
